Job Description

  • Perform daily admission operations and provide quality guest services to guests. Other responsibilities include cashiering, membership application, group arrival processing and general administrative support. Safeguard all revenue collection, float money and tickets.
  • Support Ticketing Sales & Operations’ team with monthly/bi-weekly (every two weeks) billing matters such as raising and filing Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders etc.
  • Create, maintain and update detailed timelines/administrative plans that will standardise payment schedules, administrative forms and regular stakeholder updates
  • Develop and continuously improve documentation standards/Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by engaging various stakeholders and departments for feedback while maintaining compliance and governance
  • Connect and work collectively with other departments (i.e. HR, Finance, IT, Sales team) to ensure that there is alignment among operations, business and corporate processes
  • Know and understand the business, economic environment, travel and tourism industry, target consumers & competitors
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher NITEC or above
  • Basic knowledge of cashiering or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Able to establish a strong network of internal/external partners
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills as well as willing to work in fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, creative and resourceful
  • Service-oriented, committed, passionate, self-motivated and with integrity
  • Experience in Microsoft office, IT knowledge, Operations Planning
  • Good to have a driver’s license to manoeuvre/dispatch documents around the island
