Job Description

  • Manage horticulture term contractors (plan, organize and supervise horticultural works) in maintenance of various zones demarcated by Manager
  • Guide term contractors on horticultural maintenance and supervise contractors and workers in carrying out their daily routine maintenance works
  • Administrative roles which include submission of various reports, verification of horticulture reports submitted by Contractor, filing and email correspondence
  • Assist in putting up landscape improvement proposal, procurement and costing. Planning and supervision of landscape projects assigned by Manager
  • Planning and setting up landscape photo point display
  • Assist with event plant display proposal to internal / external parties to ensure they are in good condition. Provide support in major / signature events including setup, maintenance and teardown
  • Ensure zero horticulture-related mosquito breeding at maintenance zones and Contractor store / back of house
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in horticulture maintenance
  • IT knowledge for preparation of maintenance / project reports. Preferably with class 2 / 3 driving license
