  • Formulate the Company’s strategic marketing strategy and develop overall tactical marketing plans in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Own, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns to drive lead online customer acquisition efforts
  • Develop marketing campaigns and prepare the ad copy and calls-to-action
  • Collaborate with agencies and other external vendor partners
  • Focus on developing external digital marketing partnerships for cross-selling
  • Develop and execute tracking and analysis of performance of online platforms
  • Co-own lead and sale targets with Corporate business and professional departments
  • Contribute to the development of the Company’s online platforms with a focus on customer experience
  • Lead efforts in data collection, analytics and interpretation, in collaboration with the technology and product specialists.

Qualification & Skills

  • 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing (experience in e-commerceand/or start-up company is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in e-mail marketing, content marketing, campaign management and online advertising
  • Experience in building and executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and leveraging marketing automation technology
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, and Javascript and understand how APIs work is preferred
  • Strategic thinking coupled with strong individual hands-on and execution ability
  • Savvy with digital tools and strong understanding of digital media marketing analytics
  • Good presentation and good interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of financial products and robo-advisory market is a plus
