Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as a Land Surveyor for New Condo Project (Over $200m)

Responsibilities

• Manage the costs relating to building project. This may include new builds, renovations Setting out required building position
• Set out survey points for construction purposes
• Monitoring and ensuring correctness of the survey data and measurement during construction progress 
• Prepare pre and post construction drawing (input of coordination point into as-built drawing)
• Producing or advising about construction plans and drawings

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Higher in Civil / Structural / Land Surveying or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position
• Familiar with surveying instruments
