Lab Assistant (Immediate/ Healthcare/ Food/ Science)

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance on sensory test, prepares, label and serves samples to the panelists according to instructions of the Panel leader
• Assists in cooking of samples (if needed) under the guidance of the panel leader
• Set up table for tasting, preparation of e.g. hot water for evaluation and clearing after each sensory test
• Packing of samples to be dispatched to external panelists’ home
• Collects and stores parcel, products, samples and reference as needed for the study
• Responsible for applying good laboratory practices and safe behaviour

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science or related discipline
• Prior experience in Sensory/Laboratory will be an advantage
