L&D Training Executive - Up to $3500 *3PL, MNC*

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and develop annual learning plan for the
• organization.
• End to end coordination of training activities such as but not limited to liaison with training providers on course
• registration/ course fees payment, update training records in LMS or excel, application/ source for training grants, gather training evaluations and analyse the data for effective management of learning outcomes.
• Partner with WSG and Higher Learning Institutions on matters related to scholarship and sponsorship program management.
• Assist in the recruitment/ planning and execution of Management Associate Programme.
• Develop & Maintain OJT training records for employees in compliance with established standards.
• Design and broadcast EDMs related to HR/L&D activities.
• Source and develop e-Learning courses/programmes.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in 3PL or freightforwarding industries 
• Hands on experience with L&D and training admin before
• 5 working days
• Location: Changi South
• MNC environment
