- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and activities to develop leadership competencies.
- Create learning solutions by utilizing instructional methods that are measurably effective and engaging and ensure follow-up reinforcement activities.
- Develop and implement on-the-job training techniques for operational employees, including certification techniques for multi-skilled matrix based on LEAN concept.
- Develop and evaluate reliable recruitment channels and methodologies including campus recruitment to improve recruitment quality, cost and speed for key roles.
- Be the main recruitment coordinator for key roles to ensure the talent pipe line and succession planning is established.
- Drive initiatives and activities for employee engagement.
