We are a fine dining restaurant specializing in Edomae style sushi. Our Master Chef from Tokyo has more than 20 years of experience in this industry internationally, so here is your opportunity to be a part of our family!

 

Responsibilities

· Ensure that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience (Alcoholic drinks are served)t)

· Assist in communication between sushi counter and kitchen

· Handle table reservations and cashiering duties

· General cleaning of kitchen, service area; General washing of dishes, kitchen items; Responsible to clean up restaurant after last customer departs

· Assist in cooking preparation (learn on the job)

· Other ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements

· Pleasant demeanour and service oriented

· Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment

· Team player with good communication skills

· Prefer candidates with at least one year experience in F&B industry

· Able to converse in English

· Training will be provided to adhere to our service standards
