(Part-time & Full-time positions available)

Salary range from $1500 - $2800

  • Able to adapt & work in a dynamic start-up company
  • Maintain a neat, clean & professional grooming and appearance
  • Relevant experience as a chef is an added advantage

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily operations – timely deliverance of consistent food & stock take
  • Provide support in all areas of kitchen management
  • Strict adherence to kitchen SOPs, personal & food preparation hygiene at all times
  • Effective stock/fresh food rotation to minimize wastage (FIFO procedure)
  • Advise on kitchen equipment requirements including cooking and service hardware
  • Keep to health & safety standards as by Governmental authorities
  • On-going general maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen & food preparation areas
  • Be a team player and promote positive dynamics in the work environment
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
