• Day-to-day duties range from food preparation to deliveries and restocking
• Maintaining all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene (clean and sanitize to meet HACCP standards)
• Maintaining all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes properly washed and appropriately stored
• Assisting the Cook in preparation of ingredients (meat seasoning; washing, cleaning, peeling, and chopping vegetables, fruits, meat and poultry)
• Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions.
• Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the recipes.
