Maintain and develop brand long-term business in the APAC region. Develop our partner/distributor network in the region (SEA, South Asia and ANZ). Supporting partners with know-how, marketing, and scientific material (Medical marketing). Follow up and evaluate their activities. Understand partners and end user needs in relation to brand scope of business and communicate effectively within the company in order to facilitate commercial projects and market orientation.
Partner development: securing new appropriate business with our partners e.g line extensions and new indications. Ensure contractual obligations are kept and maintain close track on goal achievements. Suggest new partners for non-developed business in the region.
Partner relationship: Manage, promote and optimize long-term relationships with existing and new partners (from floor-level to management).
Partner and end-user needs: understand partner and end user needs in relation to company's research and product pipeline. Communicate effectively within the company to facilitate common understanding of the market orientation.
Monitor or manage business critical projects: monitor day to day operations of both company and partner collaboration
Budgeting: work together with Regional Manager to make annual budgets. Be responsible to encourage and push partners to implement agreed plans for objectives and achieve budgetary targets.
Leadership: Lead and work in accordance with the company values and guidelines.
College or University degree
5-7 years' experience from working with B2B
Background from a dynamic business area
Proven record of handling a large number of partners/customers in different countries
Proven record of sales & negotiation skills
Experience of working independently with large accounts
Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
