Job Description

  • Engage, nurture and support Key Merchants on regular basis to address, identify ever-changing business needs and requirements
  • Work alongside internal teams (e.g. Product, Integration, Underwriting and Finance) to ensure excellent experience for onboarding of new Key Merchants
  • Work closely with Support team to investigate and resolve transactional issues reported by Key Merchants
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Promote knowledge sharing, effective communication among all internal stakeholders based on all information gathered

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree qualification with 3-5 years of business development or account management experience
  • Good understanding of the ecommerce payment or FinTech industry would be an added advantage
  • High level of personal credibility with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and flexible individual who can multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Able to work collaboratively across functions, and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good presentation skill
