Location: Hougang
Working Hours: 6.45am to 3.15pm / 2.45pm to 11.15pm / 10.45pm to 7.15am (choose your preferred fix shift)
Salary: Up to $2500 (basic $1700 to $2100) + shift allowance up to $400 + bonuses

Job Scope:
Maintainance, testing, troubleshooting and assembly of wirebonder machines
Generate data from machines

Requirements:
Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering or any related field 
Singaporean only
