As a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in the kitchen, you’ll be made to ensure that
▪ Food quality is top notch
▪ Operating costs are kept to a bare minimum
▪ Unleash your creativity by reinventing new and innovative flavours for the menu
▪ Ensure the highest standards in food preparation in order to minimize food wastage
▪ Perform regular stocktaking
▪ Train the new hires
▪ Prepare the weekly job roster
▪ Keep the peace in the kitchen and minimize headcount churn
▪ Keep enough stocks to feed everyone, including our customers.
▪ Any other duties the company deems fit to assign to your good self.
Two years experience in any kitchen
