Job Description

Job Requirements:-

  • Able to start work with short notice;
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level  / SPM  / ITE;
  • At least 1 year experience as admin / sales coordinator;
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel & its application);
  • Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and working associates;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Job Description:-

  • Responsible for sales / purchase order processing, issuing invoices;
  • Manage shipping arrangement;
  • Handle customers’ enquiries/ feedback via phone calls or email;
  • Monitor stock movement and inventory;
  • Provide sales administration support to the sales & marketing department;
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned;

 

Additional Information:-

  • Working days & hours  : 5 days week / 10am to 7.30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary       : up to $1.6K (depends on experience)
