JOB DESCRIPTION

• Microsoft based desktop software - Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office
• Installation, maintenance, update and support of all applications, systems and communications software
• Installing Backup tool, Antivirus installation, Patch management, Software Installation
• Deployment and setting up of computer for users.
• Perform troubleshooting of software and hardware related issues.
• Migrate user data to newly upgraded PCs / Laptops
• Installation of software to newly upgraded PCs / Laptop
