Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for customer care officer who is able to communicate with our customers pertaining to our online presence through “sunriseclick.com". As our Customer Care Officer you will help respond and resolve the customer’s queries and problems over various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Report to management on weekly basis
  • Attend to queries by customer pertaining to delivery issue, refunds, warranty claims, complaints, inventory issue, returns, exchange, product query and order issue over calls, emails, social media platforms and online chats.
  • First level investigator for serious complaints and their satisfactory resolution
  • Monitoring and ensure proper tracking of all customer queries

Requirement

  • Integrity and positive attitude to overcome challenges
  • Hardworking & able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Tamil or Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.
  • Retail, ecommerce, call centre or customer service experience preferred
  • Maintain confidentiality
