Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales department to develop strategic business proposals
  • Assist with internal communications as directed
  • Manage internal sales drive to ensure all documents are up to date and accessible to all sales personnel
  • Liaise with management to ensure customer complaints and escalations are managed and documented
  • Manage monthly consolidation process of all sales personnel accomplished objectives
  • Support sales management with regards to material consolidation and preparation for sales meetings
  • Manage and follow up communications for incoming sales opportunities
