Job Description

Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service standards to guests at Destination Singapore Beach Road, Folklore restaurant establishments and ensure that guests’ needs are met timely.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of guests
  • Provide exceptional service to guests
  • Responds quickly to guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Provide customer service to guests and ensure diners have a pleasant dining experience
  • Conduct table visitations to ensure that guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  • Operations
  • Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities
  • Inform guests of any daily specials
  • Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items and making recommendation upon requests
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware
  • Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
  • Proactive and constant maintenance and cleanliness in line with restaurant guidelines
  • Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

  • F&B experience will be an advantage.
  • No experience is welcome. Training will be provided
  • Possess a service orientated mind
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with a positive mindset
  • Strong team player
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Able to do shift work
