Job Responsibilities:

• Handle patient enquiries
• Manage patient feedback and complaints
• Assist with the scheduling of appointment
• Transfer of call to the respective parties when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Min O level
• Preferably with healthcare and contact centre experience
• Comfortable to work in 12 hrs shift 
• Customer-service oriented
• Remuneration based on qualification and experience
