One of the leading luxury brands invites dynamic individual to join the group as Jeweller (Jewelry Repair)!

Budget for this role: S$6500

Responsibilities

• Ability to precede all kind of jewellery-repair, include maintenance generic service, as well complex requirements in complicated repairs.
• Restore damaged or broken personal ornaments, select appropriate replacement gems, clean and polish repaired pieces.
• Calculate the costs of labor and material for new parts and repairs to customers’ jewelry.
• Decide the best suitable repair approach to reach expected lead-time.
• Work customer service oriented with good communication skill and problem solving attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Jewelry Repair
• Candidates with no experience but tons of passion are welcome too.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
• Resourceful, good critical thinking skills & troubleshooting ability
• Independent worker who takes initiative in handling given tasks and projects
• Meticulous with eye for detail
• Possess high level of initiative, independent and resourceful
