JAVA Developer (gov project | Up to $6800 + AWS)

• Involved in project to transit old technologies to new tech (JAVA)
• Basic up to $6,800 + AWS (attractive package!)
• 2 years contract (renewable)

Working location: Central

 

Working hours: office hours MON-FRI

 

Responsibilities:

• Installs system software by loading software into computer
• Converts software specification requirements into appropriate programming languages
• Revises, enhances, updates and installs vendor supplied systems software components to optimize performance of the computer systems
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min 5 years relevant working experience in system analysis, design and testing
• Good experience in JAVA
• Familiar with linux/unix/windows operating system
