Job Background
Introducing technological change into an organization is important to improve business and such continuous improvements have to be maintained. With tech support storing and managing important data in a secure environment, it will be easily accessible which improves decision making. 

The IT team is the backbone of Marvable and this role will be the go-to person for vast technical knowledge in layman’s terms.  

The Role

  • Provide IT support and setup within the organization
  • Setup, maintenance and monitoring of SaaS systems
  • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyse trends for ways to prevent future problems
  • Record, track and document help desk request problem-solving process including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution.
  • Access software updates, driver, knowledge bases and frequently asked questions resources on the internet to aid in problem resolution
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by Marvable
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests
  • Develop documentation and knowledge base articles for end-users
  • Software deployment as required

What we are seeking

  • At least 1-year experience working with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woocommerce etc
  • Experience in Zoho, Microsoft 365, Xero, Orderhive, Carbonate, Zendesk etc.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript will be advantageous
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Positive attitude and enjoys being in a support function in a fast-paced environment
  • Technology related analytical skills and troubleshooting expertise
  • Experience with project management principles
