Job Description
Our client is an established EdTech firm that provides comprehensive educational content across multiple subjects and age groups. Currently available in multiple languages, they aim to make learning accessible and fun to encourage continuous learning!
The Job
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT/computer related queries and support requests. You will be troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step assistance for remote employees. You will be documenting all activities, ensuring SOPs are adhered to and following up until the cases have been fixed and closed. In addition to that, you will be supporting on-boarding on new employees, assisting with upgrading systems and providing any recommendations on improving internal systems and processes.
The Profile
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. You have at least 1 year experience within an IT Support, Helpdesk or similar role. You have general knowledge of standard networking technologies as well as various operating systems and mobile devices. You are analytical and able to swiftly identify root cause of problem. You are patient with excellent communication skills and can confidently provide guided instructions to a non-technical person. You are a proactive team player, are always willing to go out of the way to help and learn.
