Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and other technical devices
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks (covering infrastructure, applications, database, telephony)
• Providing technical support
• Handling data and supporting users of ERP system
• Train users of ERP system
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Requirements

• Diploma Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration or relevant discipline
• Experience in IT support or equivalent
• Those without experience are welcome
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Exceptional organized mind to prioritize tasks
