Job Description

Job Description :

  • Provide IT Support to end users, mainly in deskside system support or 1st level application system support to multiple sites in Singapore (workstation, desktop, laptop, printer...etc.)
  • Provide daily technical support for system security, network (LAN, VPN, WAN) firewall, antivirus, server (Vmware, HyperV), network management and backup
  • Work closely with users, vendors to test and deliver system enhancements or mini-projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery
  • Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets, Log, track and execute issue to completion
