- Your main role as IT Support Executive is to provide accurate information, operational support and maintenance, system implementation, answering business enquiries and resolve issues to our dedicate customers in a satisfactory manner.
- On-call support and troubleshooting for software issue and identify root cause.
- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Escalate with supervisor if the issue is unable to be resolved, refer unresolved customer complaints or inquiries to the concerned departments for further actions.
- Coordinate with dealer on the ongoing issue.
- Managing the implementation schedule with supervisor. Able to identify potential customers and generate sales lead.
- Entry level candidate Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer / Telecommunication or equivalent.
