IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:-

• Provide technical support to end-users of accounting  and inventory solution
• Investigate, troubleshoot and provide resolutions to user
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual  server, windows server, desktop and network connection

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
• Motivated in problem solving
• Able to work as a team and independently
