IT Support Engineer (Labrador Park / Vessel )

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of complex technology on-premises (50%) and the cloud (50%). 
• Advise the management on the best solution for their operation with compliance / security framework
• Manage day to day infrastructure and helpdesk related incidents and request.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations hardware and software (Operating system and applications such as Windows 10, Office 2019, Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, IPC, etc), SCCM knowledge.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related discipline
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Platform and Cloud Services is essential
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Cloud related projects is essential
• Willing to go onboard Vessel and ship yard
• Working experience in commodity trading or shipping business would be an advantage
