Provide operations support to users
- Provide 1st line support to users to resolve user issues which include problems encountered in using the system, queries about how to use the system and system access issues.
- Assign issues which require technical assistance to a technical team for follow up
- Log and track all issues reported till completion
- Ensure issue logged are resolve within the service level agreement defined with the Client.
- On-Site Problem Resolution
- Provide 2nd line on-site support to resolve issues which need on-site access (mostly related to desktop and mobile device support)
- Consultant will be based at the Client’s premises to provide the Help Desk Support when he is rostered for 1st line support duty.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
