The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Setup, maintenance and monitoring of SaaS systems
  • Evaluating documented resolutions and analysing trends for ways to prevent future problems
  • Recording, tracking and documenting end-to-end help desk request problem-solving process
  • Accessing software updates, driver, knowledge bases and frequently asked questions resources on the internet to aid in problem resolution
  • Identifying and learning appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the company
  • Performing post-resolution follow-ups to help requests
  • Developing documentation and knowledge base articles for end-users

The Profile

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You possess strong knowledge of HTML and Javascript.
  • Expertise in Data Maintenance would be highly valuable.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
