You will be responsible for :
- Setup, maintenance and monitoring of SaaS systems
- Evaluating documented resolutions and analysing trends for ways to prevent future problems
- Recording, tracking and documenting end-to-end help desk request problem-solving process
- Accessing software updates, driver, knowledge bases and frequently asked questions resources on the internet to aid in problem resolution
- Identifying and learning appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the company
- Performing post-resolution follow-ups to help requests
- Developing documentation and knowledge base articles for end-users
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Data Maintenance would be highly valuable.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
