IT Support Engineer
Key requirements -
a. To handle all onsite L1 support / troubleshooting for Exclusive Networks deployed Mcafee solution
b. To be either onsite/remote (If the site is inaccessible)
c. To provide 24X7 Support
d. To provide engineer onsite with equivalent loaner unit in the event of hardware failure
e. Location to be limited to Singapore Only
f. Limit to 1 - 2 case at any one time (In the event of mass outages (same issue, it will be consolidated into one case)
End User/Partner General Responsibilities
a. Make appropriate personnel available to assist Exclusive Networks in the performance of its responsibilities
b. Provide site access to the Exclusive Networks Maintenance team , if applicable
c. Ensure that current maintenance and license agreements are in place with applicable vendors for those products and services upon which Exclusive Networks Systems is relying to fulfill the maintenance agreement.
d. Ensure that access right is given to the maintenance team
e. Provide detailed asset list and location for any existing servers / EP involve in this maintenance contract
f. Be responsible for conducting regular backups and maintaining appropriate backup recovery procedures at your location.
