IT Support Assistants
Job Description
JD: Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• To provide end-user support via email or hotline
• To log all customer requests into internal ticketing system
• To troubleshoot all end-user related issues
• To perform the generation of monthly ticketing report
• To provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user
• To proactive update and follow up to end users
• To follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure
• To perform laptop imaging and deployment when required
• To update knowledge base for end-user support
• To perform other IT related duties when assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
• With relevant 1 year experience
• Familiar with Windows OS
• Printer administration, Office 365, Active Directory, O365 Sharepoints, O365 Email and OneDrive support experience
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
• Must has strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment to customer service
• Monday to Friday 9.30am-6.30pm (Required to go client site occasionally)
