Job Description

  • Plan, develop and implement effective digital strategies to drive performance across paid digital channels such as Google Search, Google Display Network, Programmatic Display, YouTube, Facebook and Linkedin, amongst others
  • Proactively manage all assigned campaigns and clients’ accounts by supporting all campaignrelated requests from internal departments and clients
  • Monitor and track performance of campaigns to ensure proper budget pacing and achieve the KPIs. Analyse data and provide insights along with optimization measures to improve campaign performance such as increasing conversion rates, lowering cost per click and/or cost per conversion, achieving higher impression share, etc.
  • Provide proactive support to Manager/Head of DMO and Account Management Team to deliver excellent client support services
  • Support Account Managers and Sales Team to grow existing accounts and Sales Team in new customer acquisition


Campaign Management & Performance

  • Develop strategies for SEO, SMO, Display and Facebook campaigns including keyword and audience research, writing ad copies and setting up campaigns
  • Dayto-day management of campaigns, including oversight of bid recommendations, budget tracking, credit request and generating reports. Provide updates on ad spend and metric performance as requested
  • Competent use of Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other relevant analytics and bid management software tools
  • Set up Google Analytics (GA) accounts including multifunnel tracking and attribution. Enable Adwords and Google Analytics Integration. Troubleshoot platform integration, ads tagging and tracking code insertion issues to websites for proper and effective functioning of tracking capabilities
  • Analyse campaign performance through the lenses of multiple dimensions such as channel and country level, device, impression share, hour and day of week, audience segmentation and placements, amongst others
  • Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations/strategic insights based on data, media and industry landscape for action and improvement


Position Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience (or more) in digital marketing agencies or ad tech companies managing performance-driven campaigns
  • At least 2+ years SEM experience as a campaign strategist with a strong background of managing paid search campaigns and Facebook ads
  • Google Adwords Search Certified
  • Experience in creating optimal search (ppc) structures for a wide variety of verticals such as e-commerce, finance, medical, retail, education, computer and software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders through email, phone, written reports and presentations
  • Strong command of English to write outstanding ad copies that resonate with clients’ brand position as well as reflect their competitive advantages
  • Logical, accurate and has zealous attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis and technical handling of tracking codes
  • Strong enthusiasm and self-motivation for out-performing own level of campaign success and exceeding customers’ expectations
  • Well-versed in Microsoft excel and Google sheets
  • Experience with programmatic display and other bid management and reporting platforms would be a bonus.
