IT Service Manager
Our client specialises in providing IT consulting services. With a strong team of diverse expertise, they are able to provide clients with their needs efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will be managing service management process and ensuring that process is running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing policies and defining metrics to assess service quality
- Being point of contact for all functional incidents
- Analysing incidents and problems and using them to continuously improve operations and service delivery
- Ensuring the processes are aligned to company's objectives and business priorities
You have a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with at least 5 years experience within a Service Management role. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to present findings effectively. You have strong analytical skills and are always looking for continuous improvement. You pay strong attention to detail and are a reliable individual to deliver high-quality work.
