Job Description

  • Contract till Apr 2021, renewable
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
  • Work Location : Work from home due to Covid19

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1.     Man the helpdesk (mailbox and ServiceDesk tool)
  2.     Answer queries
  3.     Perform basic investigation on an issue.
  4.     Route queries or issues to relevant team
  5.     Creating documentation (user guide, helpdesk guide, etc.)
  6.     Reporting

Job Requirements :

  1. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  2. At least posseses IT education background.
  3. Have good communication skill in English
  4. Have sufficient tech skill to understand IT functional flow and architecture (to route to the correct team)
  5. Capability to learn (new product, new concept, etc)
  6. Writing documentation
