IT Service Desk Engineer (Contract / Bedok / Yio Chu Kang) - J09
- Various locations: Bedok / Yio Chu Kang (Either one)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm (Either one)
- 5 to 6 months Contract
- Provides basic IT support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing
- Escalate any unsolved IT issues to Level 2 or 3 Engineers
- Assisting in answering any IT related enquiries from users via phone calls
- Min. Diploma in any IT related field
- IT Savvy
- Good Knowledge in Windows10, MS Outlook and MS Office
- Good communication skill, both written and spoken.
