IT Service Delivery Manager
Our client is an established company providing digital transformation services. They have seen tremendous growth in the last decade and are expanding their team to better support their clients in meeting market demand
You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure delivery of IT services within timelines. You will provide regular reporting on health and status of services, provide support and training as and when necessary as well as attend to all technical issues. You will identify service improvements and relay this to the relevant team to increase adoption of services and user satisfaction.
You have at least a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 4 years experience in IT Service Management. You have experience in infrastructure and ITIL certification. You have strong team management skills, and are able to prioritise tasks accordingly. You are customer-oriented and have interpersonal communication skills. You pay strong attention to detail and are always finding ways to improve.
