IT Sales Executive/Account Manager
KG Sowers Group Pte Ltd is an SME company specialise in IT services and solutions since Year 2015. Our company is growing our existing maintenance client and requires a dedicated sales personnel to manage existing clients and ensure retention. We are looking for a sales personnel/account manager to work together with the technical team to meet the quarterly sales KPI.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle existing given clients and their request
- Gather customer requirements and recommending solutions with technical team.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries given
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Prepare and provide sales proposals/quotations to customers with help from technical team.
- Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships
- Team player and able to work with the team mates cohesively.
- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales Director, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling
- Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner
- Attend product training from time to time to better understand IT products.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma
- Speak mandarin fluently.
- Singaporean Citizen and PR only
- Basic salary $1600-2000
- Additional Commission for meeting quarterly group sales target: 5% (not eligible during probation)
