- Create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, internet data mining and media channels.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Sourcing for IT candidates from mid-level to Senior level
- The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Liaising with different internally
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Candidates with experience in IT Recruitment
- Candidates must possess CEI certificate
- Works with a positive attitude to meet target
- Willing to learn and independent
- Self-motivated and persistent to work
