Job Description

 

The role is responsible for bringing operational excellence, innovative solutions and technology capabilities together to support organizational needs effectively and enable organizational transformation and growth. The role will be responsible for working with various stakeholders to understand the organizational needs across services and translating these requirements into applicable IT solutions, network infrastructure and security systems. Candidates should have the ability in managing data and see data linkages as well as high ability in process charting (decomposition and reconstruction across systems).

 

Management of the following systems is required:

 

  • STUDENT / CLIENT DATABASE ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM
    • Project Manage, Design, Plan and Implement Student / Client Database Administration System in the organization and all its sites.
    • Rapid prototyping of Student / Client Database Administration System to improve productivity of Organization wide processes and provide stop gap measures
    • Study current processes and re-engineer processes to improve work efficiencies
    • Administration & Management of Student / Client Database Administration System
  • TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
    • Project Manage, Design, Plan and Implement Training Management System in organisation
    • Rapid prototyping of Training Management System to improve productivity of organization wide processes and provide stop gap measures
  • ORGANIZATIONAL AUTOMATION PROJECTS
    • Recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation of Organizational Automation Projects
    • Study current processes and re-engineer processes to improve work efficiencies
    • Propose and implement Stop Gap measures when needed
  • MANAGEMENT
    • Complies to all IT Policies ;
    • Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of IT Infrastructure;
    • Regularly gives status reports across projects and addresses issues as appropriate;
    • Complies with organizational wide policies and procedures;
    • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies.
  • COMMUNICATIONS
    • Relays relevant information for Student / Client Database Administration System project
    • Point of contact for Student / Client Database Administration System project
    • Relays relevant IT-related information all staff.
    • Responds/acts on leader's direction.
  • INTERNAL OPERATIONS
    • Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of all Information pertaining to Scope of Work;
    • Regularly gives status reports across projects and addresses issues as appropriate
    • Complies with and helps to enforce standard organizational policies.

 

In addition, interested candidates should be able to:

 

  • Work with stakeholders to understand current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.
  • Provide leadership in IT project management including defining program and/or project scope and objectives along with applicable project estimates, detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Lead user requirement analysis for the development / enhancement of the School Management System (SMS) and coordinate various stakeholders' participation through requirement specifications, system testing and end user training.
  • Provide technical consultation on the integration of the SMS with other platforms to support seamless user experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently.
  • Self-motivated with drive to deliver results with little to no supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Tenacity, perseverance and grit and excellent communication (written and spoken) as well as leadership skills.
