IT Project Engineers X 2 (East)

Job Description:

• Installation and deployment of system solution (Install, configure and administer network, firewall, OS, storage and backup etc)
• Perform planning, installation, configuration, customisation and tuning of respective products required by the projects
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for project implementation and problem resolutions
• Assist in integration testing which includes diagnosing program defects, integration and performance issues and to recommend and carry out necessary follow-ups
• Execute assigned project tasks and deliverables within department best practices and technology standards
• Create and maintain of programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution

 

Skill sets:

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure such as OS, network, firewall, storage and backup
• Experience in project deployment and / or system implementation
• Good team player who can carry out assignments independently
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation and writing skills

 

Experience:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent qualifications with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• 2 available positions @ East
