IT Programmer

Job Responsibilities:
- Installation/configuration of desktop / laptop support
- Desktop hardware and application software support to the user
- Assist with user training on a daily basis or on project work as required
- Identification and analysing daily IT problems
- Provides onsite and remote desktop/laptop support to users.
- Manage Active Directory User ID & email account.
- Data backup: monitor data backup job and perform data restore when required
- Overall design, develop and maintain websites
- Update website content
- Amend designs after feedback
- Design and develop new website or pages or functions for new products/services

Job Requirements

-  Knowledge of Sysfreight and EDI, Shipping Software (Compulsory)

- Understand VB 6.0 (Compulsory)

- Knowledge in PHP, HTML, C#, MS SQL Server, Crystal Report.

- Windows Server 2012 r2, 2016, IIS, DHCP

- Knowledge in Synology NAS 
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent technical qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in IT support/website designing
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
