Job Description

IT Helpdesk Support - Level 1 (Up to 2.9K/Jurong/1year)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm 

Working Location: Lakeside (Company shuttle bus provided, Boon Lay, Jurong East and Choa Chu Kang nearby MRT station)

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily user support and IT infrastructure matters (Network, Servers and Projects)
  • System and Network Monitoring
  • Participate in IT and Operations processes improvements
  • Developing and improving BCP and DRP processes and policies
  • Updating and proper management of IT documentations
  • Plan and implement Ad-Hoc IT Infrastructure Projects
  • Participate and implementation of Local, Regional and Global Projects
  • Conduct Trainings for Super Users, IT Colleagues and new Staffs

Requirement:

  • Min 1 year IT Helpdesk and user administration support
  • Knowledge in Windows Servers Management, TCP/IP networking, Cisco Products like routers, switches
  • Knowledge in managing and supporting clients and server environment
