Job Description
- 1 Year Contract, renewable
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours work shift - 7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm (rotational within the team)
- Work Location : Work from home due to Covid19
Job Responsibilities:
- Man the helpdesk (mailbox and ServiceDesk tool)
- Answer queries
- Perform basic investigation on an issue.
- Route queries or issues to relevant team
- Creating documentation (user guide, helpdesk guide, etc.)
- Reporting
Job Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- At least posseses IT education background.
- Have good communication skill in English
- Have sufficient tech skill to understand IT functional flow and architecture (to route to the correct team)
- Capability to learn (new product, new concept, etc)
- Writing documentation
