Job Description

  • 1 Year Contract, renewable
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours work shift - 7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm (rotational within the team)
  • Work Location : Work from home due to Covid19


Job Responsibilities:

  •     Man the helpdesk (mailbox and ServiceDesk tool)
  •     Answer queries
  •     Perform basic investigation on an issue.
  •     Route queries or issues to relevant team
  •     Creating documentation (user guide, helpdesk guide, etc.)
  •     Reporting


Job Requirements :

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • At least posseses IT education background.
  • Have good communication skill in English
  • Have sufficient tech skill to understand IT functional flow and architecture (to route to the correct team)
  • Capability to learn (new product, new concept, etc)
  • Writing documentation
