Job Description

  • Provide front line telephone & email assistance on connectivity issues
  • Co-ordinate and deploy Service Engineer to resolve customer’s issues on site and monitor till resolution
  • Manage and log service calls into system
  • Ad-hoc administrative support
  • Backend support to field engineer in information gathering
  • Perform other duties including management of projects as and when assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • O Levels/Nitec/Diploma in Computing or relevant with 1-2 years’ experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft networks and systems, such as Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, folder/share security, etc
  • Positive attitude and willing to be trained
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
