Job Description

  • Nearest MRT: Red Hill MRT
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm
  • Start ASAP, Contract till 31st Jan 2020


Job Scope:

  • Provides basic IT support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing
  • Escalate any unsolved IT issues to Level 2 or 3 Engineers 
  • Assisting in answering any IT related enquiries via phone calls

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in any IT related field
  • IT Savvy
  • Fresh grads are weclome to apply too, as trainings will be provided
