IT Helpdesk/ Service Desk Agent x10 (UP$2500 / Central / West / IT)
- Working Place : Changi Business Park/ CBD area
- Basic UP $2300 + Shift Allowance
- Shift : 8 hours rotating shift ( Shift allowance UP $25)
- Log incidents with for the service requests received via incident logging tool, phone and emails,
- Route calls to the vendors in case of issues pertaining to vendors
- Maintain up-to-date information on the customer contacts, vendor contacts, management contacts, SLA matrix, Severity and categorization matrix
- Simple software and hardware troubleshooting and upgrading
- Eslate the ticket the upper level if the service is beyond service level
