Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first level technical helpdesk support to a group of internal customers
  • Able to articulate complex IT issues in simple terms and offer a viable solution to the callers
  • Manage escalations and feedback
  • Track, route and re-direct inquiries to the correct department
  • Perform follow-up calls to resolve issues
  • Undertake any other tasks delegated by the Team Leader/Supervisor

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in IT
  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • Singaporeans only
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
