Job Description

An established IT organization is seeking dynamic individuals to explore the following position:

 

Helpdesk Officer (1st Level Technical Support)

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle Level 1 of inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Monitor and support Linux & Windows system on AWS cloud
  • Ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved and follow-ups on a timely manner

 

Requirements

  • Min O Level with relevant experience / NITEC / Diploma in IT or related fields
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Possess the strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to customer service
  • Meticulous and is a team player with a pro-active and good attitude
  • Must be able to perform shift duty; Shift 1: 8am to 5pm; Shift 2: 4pm to 1am (work from home); Shift 3: 12am to 9am (work from home)
  • Training will be provided
  • Experience with Linus / Windows Administration / Cloud (Amazon Web Services) will be an advantage
